There are 13 studio apartments available altogether, 4 of which have their own fully equipped kitchen. The other apartments have the use of a communal kitchen and a communal recreational area. All apartments feature their own bathroom, luggage storage, radio and cable TV. Please specify whether you would like to reserve an apartment with a kitchen upon booking.

Room information

Apartments with own kitchen (4): These apartments consist of a living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen includes a freezer, crockery and cutlery, pots and pans, a cooker, a coffee machine and more. The living room and bedroom feature a king-size bed and a double sofa bed. Guests of these apartments are welcome to use the communal kitchen and recreation room. Apartments without own kitchen (9): Guests of these apartments are welcome to use the communal kitchen and recreation room. The kitchen features an oven, microwave, washing-machine, dryer, crockery and cutlery, espresso machine and much more. Every apartment has its own bathroom, large bed and seating area.

Area information

The AS Apartmenthaus enjoys an ideal location just 5 minutes from Alexanderplatz and 10 minutes from the Brandenburg Gate. Nearby, you will find the Arnimplatz park, where children can amuse themselves while the adults relax. You will also find many bakeries, cafes, restaurants and bars in the area, while the nearest internet café is open 24 hours.

Travel information

From Schoenefeld Airport: Take the S45 S-Bahn (city rail) line in the direction of Hermann Strasse. At Neukölln station change for the S42 and exit at Schönhauser Allee. From here it is 5 minutes on foot to the AS Apartmenthaus. From the Hauptbahnhof (central train station): Take the S7 S-Bahn (city rail) line in the direction of Ahrensfelde until you reach Alexanderplatz. From here take the U2 U-Bahn (underground) line in the direction of Pankow until you reach Schönhauser Allee. From here it is 5 minutes on foot to the AS Apartmenthaus.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 19 % VAT is included. 5 % service charge per room per night is not included. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Breakfast costs EUR 9.00 per person. Parking: Free public parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
