The living room features a comfortable couch, a leather armchair, as well as a TV and stereo system. The living room leads through to the first bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160 cm x 200 cm). The second bedroom is a separate room and can also be used as an office. It features a sofa bed for 2 people and ample storage space. The apartment also has a fully-equipped kitchen and a large dining table so that you can cater for yourself and your family.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 5 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of the first night will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 19 % VAT is included. EUR 30.00 service charge per stay is not included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.
