Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 3 to 5 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. All children from 6 to 12 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. All children from 13 to 14 years are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
