Cost includes: • Accommodation. • Beds made up for arrival. • Bathroom linen in the apartment. • Cleaning (except kitchen area and washing up) and change of the bedlinen and of the household linen every 7th day. • End-of-stay cleaning. • Dishcloth. • Television (with international channels). In addition to all these services, a daily cleaning is included in the room rate for short stays (less than 4 nights).

In addition to all the facilities already listed, all the apartments are fitted with 2 ceramic hobs, tableware. Phone, safe and WiFi Internet connection are available at an additional cost. Some apartments have facilities for the disabled.

Bercy Village is a shopping centre in a pedestrian area featuring shops, restaurants and cinemas. The Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy, often abbreviated as POPB or Bercy, is an indoor sports arena. The POPB is the host of events for many sports: Basketball, Boxing, Gymnastic, Track cycling, Show jumping, and more. The seating configuration varies from 7000 up to 18000, depending on the kind of sport. Bercy is the home of regular annual events, including concerts by superstars. The Bibliothèque nationale de France (BnF) is the National Library of France. The complex consists of a large esplanade and four identical L-shaped towers, whose form recalls the shape of an open book.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person older than 2 years per night is not included.
