During the low season, from 1 October to 31 May, the hotel check-in times are from 10.00 to 14.00 and 17.00 to 21.00. Please inform the hotel if you expect to arrive outside of reception opening hours.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One older child or adult is charged EUR 20.33 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 7 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
