By train: - Take the Ponte Tresa train from Lugano to Magliaso. (Do not get off already in Magliaso-Paese!) - From Magliaso take the post bus to Pura. Upon prior request you can be picked up at the bus stop in Pura. You can post your luggage 2 to 3 days prior to departure by mail or train to Pura (not to Magliaso).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged CHF 7.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged CHF 75.00 per night and person for extra beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 3.6 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable. Meal Plan: Half board is included in the room rate. Parking: Free public parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are not allowed.
