By Car: - Take the M25. - Exit at junction 8. - Look for signposts to Redhill A217. - Follow Redhill - A25. - Follow the road until you get to Town Centre, then you will see Sainsbury's on your right-hand side. - After 2-3 miles you will come to a roundabout, go across the roundabout and follow the signs to London A23 (London Road). - After the park, Lynwood Guest House is on your right-hand side. By Train: - Come out of the train station, out to the car park and onto the foot path. - Turn right. - Continue for 150-yards. - At the roundabout, turn right on the same foot path, no crossing. - Continue for another 200-yards and you will find the hotel on your right-hand side. Please note that there are only 8 parking spaces available on-site.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 15 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
