Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. If modified later, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children from 3 to 10 years are charged EUR 58.00 per night and person for extra beds. All children from 11 to 16 years are charged EUR 120.00 per night and person for extra beds. One older child or adult is charged EUR 105.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
