The Schwarzer Bär’s attractive, well-equipped conference room can seat up to 60 people. The hotel team are happy to cater to private celebrations and events for up to 100 people.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One child from 12 to 15 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 19 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
