After booking, guests will receive confirmation of the address of their apartment. All check-in takes place at 3 Plaza de la Merced. Guests must inform the hotel of their arrival time in advance in order to be able to collect the keys. Contact hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 until 13:30 and 16:30 until 20.00, and from 10.00 until 14.00 on Saturdays. There is also 24-hour emergency telephone assistance. Arrivals after 21.00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 20. Guests are required to pay a damage deposit at check-in (see Hotel Policies). Alternatively a credit card may be left as a guarantee.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
