Apartment "Get Me An Apartment"

Each of the apartments comes with a well-equipped kitchen, where you can prepare your own meals.

The apartments are situated close to Valencia's main attractions, such as the central market, the cathedral, Plaza de la Virgin, La Lonja and Turia river gardens.

Guests will be provided with the complete address and the contact telephone number of the apartment when booking. Upon arrival in Valencia, all guests must contact the property directly using the telephone number on the Booking Confirmation. The propertys staff will then direct guests to their apartment. Check-in: A breakage deposit of up to EUR 200 is required at check-in (depending on the size of the apartments). This will be returned at check-out once the condition of the room has been checked. Extra charges: Cleaning, towel and bed linen fees are not included in the rates and are payable locally. The mandatory fees vary between EUR 40 and EUR 60, depending on the size of the apartment.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
