The Bio-GesundheitsFarm offers individual wellness treatments and massages with aroma oils. The apartment has a balcony, a terrace with a whirlpool, and a winter garden. The garden features a natural swimming pond with sunbathing lawn, an herbal garden, and a horse paddock. There is also a relaxation area with an infrared cabin. A cross-country ski run is right to the Bio-Gesundheitsfarm. The Zell am See-Kaprun, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang ski areas are close by. A cross country ski track is next to the property.

Oberreiter am Dorfbrunnen

Located in the centre of Fusch, Oberreiter am Dorfbrunnen offers rooms with balconies, a newly designed spa area, and free Wi-Fi in all rooms during reception hours. Run by a British family, Chalet Charlotte offers a free arrival drink, an infrared sauna, free Wi-Fi and a large garden with views of the Grossglockner Mountain and barbecue facilities. The free ski bus to Zell am See – Kaprun resorts stops 25 metres away. Renovated in 2011, all non-smoking rooms here have a private shower and washbasin. The toilet is shared by 2 bedrooms. Each room has a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a DVD player and an iPod docking station. A hairdryer is also provided in all rooms. Most rooms have a balcony. Located in Fusch an der Großglocknerstraße, Chalet Charlotte is situated just off the Grossglockner High Alpine Road and is 13 km south of Zell am See. Beginner ski slopes are just 500 metres away and the chalet offers free toboggans. Free tea and coffee making facilities are available throughout the day. Breakfast is served from 7:00 until 9:00 in the breakfast room. Evening meals can be prepared upon request and are served at a communal table. In the lounge room, guests can watch TV or make use of the board games while warming up by the traditional wood-burning stove. There is also an extensive library on site. A spacious private parking area, with undercover spaces for motorcycles, are available at the chalet. Laundry facilities are available at an additional charge while there are free baby facilities including high chairs and baths.
