Les Fermes de Samoëns is located in Samoëns, a ski resort classified by the Monuments Historiques for its beautifully preserved architecture and history. This new residence is composed of 130 apartments over small 3-storey buildings and semi-detached chalets built in the local architectural style. The Fermes also boasts a whirlpool, an indoor heated swimming pool and a sauna. It is located 800 metres from the centre, 400 metres from the first shops and 1 km from the gondola (free shuttle bus every 15 min).
