Built in the typical Engadine style, the Chesa Burdun offers views over the surrounding mountains, especially the Piz Bernina. The Margens Cable Car Station is a 15-minute walk away and there are cross-country skiing trails, winter hiking paths as well as ski slopes in the surroundings. Lake Gravatscha can be reached within a 10-minute walk and there are numerous thermal baths in Samedan. The town is also a starting point for the Val Bever hiking path.
